Safety

People are our greatest asset, and our primary commitment is to their safety.
At David Nice Builders, safety isn’t just a priority—it is core to who we are. We are dedicated to making the construction process not only efficient and enjoyable but also safe and injury-free for every employee, associate, subcontractor, and client. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every person on our job sites returns home safely to their families each day.
Our dedicated Safety Team actively manages and helps to enforces protocols that meet or exceed OSHA standards, ensuring every job site is compliant, prepared, and protected. This commitment applies across all trades and project types, regardless of size or complexity.
Every member of our field team carries a minimum OSHA 10 certification, with our Superintendents being OSHA 30 certified. Most also hold CPR and First Aid certifications, emphasizing our proactive approach and readiness in the field.
We are proud to maintain a .73 MOD (EMR) rating – an industry leading indicator of our strong safety culture and results of training, rigorous standards, and accountability. Through continuous improvement and daily vigilance, safety stays front and center. Because at DNB, protecting our people first is part of how we build.
