The facility spans 32,000 and serves as a state-of-the-art hub for fire/EMS, fire administration and emergency operations for the City of Williamsburg. Through close coordination with the city, the project team provided comprehensive preconstruction services including site evaluation, budgeting, and phasing strategies to meet the client’s long-term operational needs and vision.
