Two Luxury Worlds, Perfectly Realized
David Nice Builders partnered with luxury fragrance houses Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris to construct two distinct, high-end retail spaces side by side. Each boutique reflects the unique identity of its brand—Frédéric Malle’s refined, minimalist sophistication and Kilian Paris’ bold, opulent aesthetic. Our team collaborated closely with both design teams to ensure seamless execution, delivering two immersive, detail-rich environments that elevate the luxury retail experience while honoring each brand’s creative vision.
