As we expand our equipment fleet and civil operations, we are looking to add qualified Civil Foreman and Operators to our team! As our Civil Division continues to grow, there is equal growth opportunity for our employees.
Qualified candidates must have experience with backhoe operation, crawler, small and large dozers, tractors and dump trucks. We need candidates with extensive experience using these specific machines. We would prefer operators experienced with finished (fine) grade work. Must have a proven track record with a background ranging from water, sanitary sewer, and storm water installations, heavy earthwork, etc. Knowledge of grade control programs are preferred but not required. Experience in managing crews and various machines on a jobsite is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience and be able to pass a drug-screening and background check
